I may be tempted to finally splurge on a Unicron then...

Hasbro should have reworked the toy to remove the problem of the rocket. If they removed that & the chest was just sold. Then Unicrons head would go down inside him & the 2 horns come out - or the other way depending on if transforming into robot or planet.

primenova - I was thinking the same thing, also remove his minicon and remould the legs so the feet don't just sit on the bottom. As it is, it's just a new head, if it is indeed going to be marketed as a Masterpiece, then all we have is a new price point rather than Masterpiece meaning anything significant for collectors.

So i finally after 4/5 months get my Generations Warpath and Blurr from Toyz-and-Gamez. Brilliant Transformers, love the models. One big nagging question.... where the hell is Blurr's pistol(s?) ?? I have the rifle but no pistols!!!!

They should be in his hip holsters.
The pistols also attach to the end of the rifle to make a sniper stand.

Unfortunately they aren't there at all. When i opened the package all i got was the rifle and Blurr in car form. Once transformed i tried looking for the pistols but they weren't with it!?!

Oh no, the pistols are great They are quite large and hard to miss. They usually are slotted in the inner doors.

From having Drift i know where they should be, but they clearly aren't.
Its not Toyz and Gamez fault seeing as the item packaging was mint. Damn Hasbro and its crap quality control or whatever it is. What should i do now? Complain to Toyz and Games and Hasbro?

If this means that the US surplus stock that was destined for FPI - and hence to independents - has somehow ended up in the hands of TRU instead, I'll be thoroughly cheesed off. (Sorry, I'm sounding a bit selfish there.)

Yeah i was surprised to hear TRU have them when i was told it'd be the independents. Maybe TRU are hoping to capitalise on them before they do hit independents?

Try a polite email to Toyz and Games explaining the problem and request a replacement. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, they should provide you with a refund or replacement. Google the regulations beforehand so you're sure of your rights, but I wouldn't quote the act at them in the first instance; having received such emails myself I know that they can come across as aggressive even if not intended and that won't put Toyz and Games on your side. Having never bought from them, I don't know what their customer service is like.
It's probably also worth having a read of the terms and conditions on their website before contacting them. Actually, come to think of it, isn't their website actually an Amazon storefront? In which case, you'd also be covered by Amazon's guarantees.
I wouldn't have though there's much point contacting Hasbro UK. As it's presumably an imported toy, I shouldn't think they'd hold any spare parts and they'd probably just tell you to contact the retailer anyway. (DSR puts responsibility on the retailer.)

I got it through their own website: www.toyzandgamez.com/They usually respond quick enough and helpfully to any messages i've sent before, so will see what happens. Regardless of where i got Blurr, Hasbro is at fault for the product and packaging.

By jingos, this is exciting. I lament the lack of TRU action over here in the Ireland though. If my local searches don't pan out, I wonder is there a good-hearted Hubber that ght pick some robots up for me, and make the drop at AA this August? I can paypal the readies to cover it, if that'd work. Hmm.
Let me know if you think you're someone who could pull this off with minimal hassle to your bad self.

I'm already bringing a crap load of stuff for I don't know how many people so a few more wont make much of a difference if required.
One or two more Scourges for me to add to my sweeps and one for actionmasterfication when they come into stock. Of course that will require at least 3 cases at least.
Heres hoping.

Kup, Scourge, Blurr and Thunderwing, Mr Phil. I'm keen on a WFC Soundwave too, but the above are my main targets. (I'm also keen to find a Laser Prime and Wreck-Gar too. Missed the boat with them an' all...) I'll check our local Big Toy Shop (Smyths) tomorrow, and hopefully I can grab stuff there. But if not, I'll be appealing to my UK Hub-buddies to see what they can do. And no hassle if not; I know it can be a pain to drag stuff like that around on a Convention Day. Cheery-pip.

Ah. Now I have a Laser Prime here meant for Nick D, but he'd already got one. I'll ask him if he minds me freeing it up for you.
As for the others it's going to be a bit before I can get back to TRU so if anyone else can help....
