I could do with some channeling tonight from 1930 for around 45 minutes or so. I am doing a race called the Milnathort Dash. Although it's five and a half miles so hardly a bloody dash is it?!

Thanks guys. Faster than last year however an important lesson was learned. If drinking vodka on Tuesday do not, I repeat DO NOT run 5.5 miles on Thursday. Feel fucking awful at one point I couldn't catch a breath and had to stop.

I had to quit my involvement with wrestling. Possibly for good due to a moral/police related issue (see Saturday's recent blog on my myspace, blogspot whatever). It really hurts right now I was training to come back for another run too. |

If it's no bother I would like a small channeling request for Coben's brother Ollie. He has an infection on one of his paws that has split open the pads. He has to have some cream put on and then wear a weird sock thing bound to his paw with masking tape. He is apparently not enjoying the experience!
Coben and I will be visiting tomorrow with flowers and fresh tripe from the butchers.
