Apparently the teaser trailer for Dark of the Moon will be shown (in 3D in capable screens) with Tron and the next Narnia film.
(I'd sure like to see the trailer in 3D, but wild horses offering free popcorn couldn't drag me to see either of the above.)

If someone tries to record it we will just see gibberish if the trailer is in 3D. I can easily wait until it pops up online properly.

I'd rather not watch it in choppy mobile phone video.
Trailer or not, I want to go see Narnia: Dawn Treader and Tron anyway, but I may be up to my eyeballs in daddy stuff by that time.

Just watched it, and although I went *squee* at the use of the Apollo mission, it gave me the impression that it's a sort of prequel rather than a sequel. Then again, I haven't been following any of the news for the film, so this is the first I've seen of it.

I can't believe this is the THIRD TRANSFORMERS MOVIE IN A ROW that hasn't bothered to cater to my very personal and very specific needs as a fan.
I am disappointed that the entire 2.5 hour movie hasn't been shown in the trailer.
And also: Michael Bay's been trying to convince us all that Transformers exist in the first two movies, but now he reckons the moon landing actually happened?! He goes too far, sometimes.

I'm curious but the eager anticipation that was available in vast quantities with the first time has fizzled out and died after ROTF. I shall go see it but won't be on tenterhooks.

There's a lot of speculation that that's Alpha Trion, so will probably drive Sunbow fans to orgasm. Mind you, I think there's an outside chance that it could be Unicron or even Scourge.

Someone on TFW2005 point out the robot had a Prime cyberglyph on it. It could be Trion definitley.
I thought he'd be an Autobot because of the blue optic lighting up.

APPARENTLY Sam Wilkicky was muttering something about "The Sentinel Prime Expedition" while he had the Allspark in his head during the events of "Transformers Revenge of the Fallen". Could the trailer be showing the ruins of said expedition?

I saw Neil Armstrong and another bloke on the moon and an unnamed robot in a crashed alien spaceship. But I didn't see any name-tags or subtitles.... Where is the Rabbit that lives on the moon during all of this, that is what I want to know. Surely he is going to have something to say about not one but two dirty great spaceships being parked right on his home? And what the Selenites are going to think is beyond consideration.... Karl |

The internet also seems under the illusion that three films in they have not twigged they are merely another iteration of Transformers rather than an adaptation of a cartoon from 25 years ago. -Ralph |
