First sighting outside of Argos.
I worry about the UK distribution of the remaining two waves.

Really? Then it looks like they might have short term exclusivity on that; I'm not expecting my stock until April. (The recoloured Ultra Magnus and Megatron are also due that month.)

(The recoloured Ultra Magnus and Megatron are also due that month.) I take it that there is no sign of us getting the original coloured version of Magnus then? A shame if that is the case, as I don't think that the alternate colour scheme looks as good on him. Karl

I thought he'd been seen in Toys 'R' Us.
I've never had any info for him but that might just mean the supplier wasn't ordering any for some reason.

Universe toys (Powerglide, Silverbolt, Onslaught, Ironhide, Sideswipe & Silverstreak) have finally shown up in Tesco as well as Animated activators.
I also found Animated Activators in Sainsbury's.

Some new arrivals in ASDA today. Animated Activators: Patrol Bumblebee, Bulkhead and Thundercracker at £5.97 a pop. First time I've seen any Activators.
Also: Marvel Crossover Transformers - Iron Man, Hulk, Spider-Man and Venom. £14.88 each.

Local ASDA finally got some Universe in: Ironhide, Silverstreak and Sideswipe at £12.87. Confusingly placed in the 'sale' section, but I checked at the robot tills and they were indeed full price. Oh well.

My local Asda should have Marvel on the shelves but they don't as yet; there have been new Spring/Summer layout plans tagged on to the shelves since Friday evening, which show them on there dated from 7th February, but the shop is very slow in implementing the new stock.
Tesco has Universe Ultra (Stormcloud and Silverbolt) and Voyager (Overload and Leo Prime). There was a little something on the packaging of the Voyager that I found interesting. As well as being marked "25th Anniversary" on the front, there is a timeline on the back that shows the logo and years of the range that the character is from, ie Beast Wars for Leo Prime (he's supposed to be the leader of The Pack, even though the toy is completely the wrong colour) and Cybertron for Overload (even though the toy looks nothing like him).

No. But Tesco have been stocking the wave *AFTER* with Leo Prime and Overload. I fear the worst.
2005 boards have a sighting of Shadow Blade Megatron and Road Buster Magnus in TRU

Honestly Universe Inferno looks so boring I can't really bring myself to care as much.
Animated Magnus on the other hand....

We might be missing Inferno? Balls.
I must avoid all Tesco stores. I just know I'd buy that yellow Ratchet.

I must avoid all Tesco stores. I just know I'd buy that yellow Ratchet. I wouldn't worry about it too much. The only place I've seen it, along with the Lockdown, is a very big Extra about six weeks ago. (I forgot to mention the sighting, sorry. I was tempted by the Lockdown especially, but they're not good value - £4 over the equivalent individual releases.) I haven't seen them in the local Extra, nor the local standard store.

TF Mighty Muggs in FPG today. Tenner a pop for Bumblebee, Megatron, Soundwave and Optimus Prime. Not sure they're my thing, but they look much better than in pics. The Marvel ones (including THANOS!) are £3 more though, strangely.

Thanos, if I remember correctly, is an exclusive of some sort, which might explain the price difference.
I also received a shipment of the Transformers Mighty Muggs today, funnily enough. I haven't had my full allocation, though, just two cases, one of which is for me, mwooahahahaa! I think the tagline on the back of the box sums them up: "awesomeness is the right of all sentient beings."

We had a delivery at Toys'r'us yesterday.
Seven cases of Supreme Roll Out Command Optimus Prime priced down to £19.99. One box of Universe wave 2 ultra- Silverbolt and Stormcloud. One of each. Stormcloud sold that day. Two cases of Animated 'Roadbuster' Ultra Magnus. Two cases of Animated Shadow Blade Megatron. Three cases of Jetfire and Jetstorm with free comic.
That was about it. We had recently received Universe wave 3 (Sideswipe, Silverstreak & Ironhide) and Animated voyager wave 3 (Blitzwing, Lugnut and Grimlock) again, along with the same third wave of Animated deluxes (Sentinel Prime and Swoop) at the newly-hiked price of £12.69. I think we've sold... one.

I would love to know what Hasbro UK put in the water.
Skipping the Magnus that appears in the cartoon, seems to be the latest in such a long line of odd choices going back at least a decade that it surely cant just be one person responsible.

Andy I was looking forward to that figure. now I've ordered it online. I hope at least we get the purple shockwave exclusive that sells out really quickly online.

I was surprised to find some American 3" Titanium in Toys 'R' Us yesterday at £2.99 each: Optimus Primal, Cybertron Megatron and the Ark!
They also had Animated Leader Bulkhead with a bonus Bumblebee Activator packed in.

Universe Leo Prime turned up in FPG with an FPE price sticker. £25.
They also had from Animated: Blazing Lockdown, Swindle and Blur at £13 a pop. Did see Roadbuster Magnus and Shadowblade Megs (£40 each). Both look much better in the plastic than in pics.
