Weak Botcon, not helped by Hasbro under delivering on the little things like the hall of fame ceremony and no game announced or anything major. Glen was awesome both panels superb, funny guy, well worth meeting, best part of the convention... |

You seen the prices of the comics on TFCC website. $4.95 looks ok then go for the postage for 1 comic - $47.50.

One of the reasons why them claiming to be an international club is nonsensical bordering on insulting. While a member I once emailed to ask if the prices for shipping comics and posters were an error, but they said no, that's the service they offer (to be fair, the lady who answered was sympathetic, but unyielding).
Besides which, $4.95 for a BotCon comic is in itself something of a scandal (though a more subjective one).

I'm not sure if its still the case (it should be) but if you email them they do have another international postage option for comics that is much cheaper but still more than makes any sense. The problem is that there websites or whoever handles them are so backwards that they can't make the store bring up this option and because of that I think if you want to use that option your back to providing you credit card over the phone or as they like suggesting faxing or sending in two emails.
