Any chance of Hasbro releasing the figures such as Archforce Megatron that haven't had Western releases? The mould is rubbish, buy yourself an original Archforce which is much much better. |

I'd buy it anyways. Also i'm looking for an original Archforce - already got the Optimus Prime version in excellant condition with working pump-action for dirt cheap. I've seen convincing speculation in the direction of a Takara PCC release - Combat Master = Bombshock, Jet Master = ... that other guy ... (Skyburst?)
I could be up for that if some of the QC issues have been sorted out and there're some interesting deco changes.

Icepick and Searchlight looking very nice! Bit pricey, but I'll be sorely tempted if they really do look as good as those photos. Non-transparent mini-cons, too.

Pete's comments elsewhere got me thinking.... This toy is a repaint of Generations ScourgeThe one previous Ratbat with a robot mode, found in a Universe 2 2 pack, was a repaint of Cybertron Sideways. Sideway was remoulded with a new head as the Botcon Scourge and Sweeps. This sort of thing makes me happy. And tells us what the E-Hobby recolour of a future Encore Scourge should be :-) |

When I first looked at the pictures I thought it was the Sideways mould being reused again. I cant decide which is the superior toy as Ratbat. Scourge is the better toy for me, but not by much and I think Sideways has a great demonic bat like quality to it.
I doubt I'll be getting it. If anything I'll put the money towards MP Soundblaster which will surely come with Masterpiece Ratbat.

Senator Ratbat looks quite pretty but I did sell on my United Scourge over a lack of interest so I doubt he'll make it as an exception to my 2013 rule. That Sinnertwin homage looks like a definite purchase on sight though.
