My first thought was actually "that sounds surprisingly reasonable!". I assumed they were much, much more exclusive than that. I may go for a pair, too.

It would cost just under half what i paid for my Prowl, than it wold for the two launchers to go with that figure. Plus if you are going to get a Bluestreak, that is another 2 launchers to get. Smokescreen comes with his launchers does he not?

I decided pretty quickly that the launchers were going to be essential for the 'look'. Kapow are also selling them for 9.99 each. I was just surprised to find they are hollow and sit over the top of the built in ones.
I'm assuming the launchers I've seen mentioned as exclusives for Bluestreak are the same ones. I have had no problems ordering from transbridge omegalock, if you ignore the fact they seem to be a fortnight behind other sellers with delivery. They have Bluestreak with coin and one launcher up for preorder at £53 at the moment, shipping mid November.
I may have to do that despite the fact I'm still distracted by my newfound excitement with third party toys.

Well, it's not actually as long as that, believe it or not. Doc', for example, is not on the list (that I'm aware of), primarily because he does not promote the MP line, and has had a recent mantra of 'less is more' (madness). Doc' has been giving me grief over non-purchases of Prowls it's true, but Mrs Shockers ballances this against Doc's general non-encouragement of MPs.
The List, you see, is a declaration of Vengence against those who have encouraged me to spend 'too much' hard earned money on "Plastic Rubbish". Mrs Shockers can tollerate a limited expendature on a given hobby, but 20 pounds on two small rocket launchers is right out.
Sadly Big Phil and Nickos are top of the list, for numerous offences (it's too late for them...), with the likes of Bogatan and now Hippobot close behind.

I cannot see the point of doing all of 1984 and up in MP line. Didn't we just get that in 'CHUG' form over the last several years? The odd figure, sure, but the whole line? We've had the remakes already! Why do folk want the same thing again but at astronomical prices? When did Transformers move from 'new stuff!' to regurgitating old stuff over and over? Why am I older than I used to be? Why is the world now in colour? What is this this newfangled thing called plastic?
Prowl is right. I do not bother with 3rd party stuff. Can't afford it.
And where is the Prowl song???

Prowl and Streak arrive tomorrow and thankfully at about the same as Kapow would have cost once the couple of quid for postage was stuck on top. But only because I combined shipping. Think I will have to cancel my Smokescreen order with HLY and go with Kapow if its instock.

My MP Bluestreak arrived today from Kapow, taking me by surprise. I hadn't realised when I ordered it that theirs comes with one Amazon exclusive launcher, which made the surprise all the nicer! Just need to order the one now.

I had tracked the package and seeing it clear customs, phoned parcelforce to get the reference number needed to pay the ransom and get it here for tomorrow. Yay! Plans coming together. .... That is a nice surprise. How are the launchers in hand? Excellent, Bluestreak really looks the part with it mounted on his shoulder. The fit over the built-in launcher isn't the snuggest but it clips on well enough that it won't come off of its own accord. I had wondered if a chromed launcher would look out of place on a figure that otherwise uses silver paint, but it's really fine. -Jim |

My Prowl now had his launchers. They are beefy looking launchers alright! Look ace. Possibly too big for Prowl at certain angles.... they'll look great on Bluestreak.

Think I like Dr Wu's Warhead best. Lots of missile options, one of which is nice and pointy. The punishment set looks too similar to the Amazon launchers.
