The build up discussions to the new issue coming out, then not being able to discuss it until the Monday after. It makes me smile just to think of those days. (and yes I am referring to a Cobra Frogman). Do you know I got all excited about that around 960 posts and then forgot about it. Then when I remembered after the event it seemed pointless to bring it up. Think my 1000th post should be the one I posted on my first anniversary by proxy at the end of August. That being that these boards were an amazing find for me and I'm forever grateful for being accepted and welcomed by a group of similar minded people who share my passions. More so because many of you are my age! Course the flipside is my bank balance hates you all with a passion. I've never spent so much on toys in my life. But by golly it's fun. |
