That Rattler is fantastic. I didn't ever know that I wanted that toy. But there you go. Such an amazing idea.
(Especially since it seems to have distracted everyone from my fate-baiting...)
But what I really love about it is that it was so unpredictable. In a year where everything is slavishly G1-homaging (which I don't moan about when it's the IDW version of G1 that's being referenced - I know, I am fickle), that's something that I really didn't expect them to do. Fantastic.

I think in our showering of love towards Ultra Magnus we haven't given enough time over to reflect on the fact that we finally have a Groove toy that is not utterly shit.
Truly a golden age...

I've seen criticism of the Groove 'splat' on Defensor's chest, but I think that works really well. Great idea to make him a Legend. I think CW Defensor is the best looking of the three so far, and I never liked the original.
