I think the silver plastic of the main ladder is a darker shade.

It could be the photography, but it looks like a darker and flatter shade of red, overall. And I can't tell any differences in Super Fire Convoy, God Fire Convoy, and the God Magni, that can't at the moment also be chalked up to possible photography.

Ralph's right, they were £30 back in the day.

By comparison they're far better than today's leaders so use that, £50, as a starting point and say £10 - £15 better, and you're looking at just over twice the original price which given that sub £10 deluxes are now £20 looks reasonable.

So it probably feels like it should be a £130 ish boxset.

I want to buy this but I don't think I justify it especially as I already have decent Car Robots versions albeit with heavy chrome damage to Super Fire Convoy "I'M A GOLDFISH - TRANFORM!"
