I think that's about the best cameo I've ever seen. All the ones I know of, are like Clara playing with G1 Galvatron.
A few TCC members and I made a list once of all the cameos we could find. But that was lost with the board.

Is that really a Shockwave toy?
Edit: Conclusion is logical. After analyst that is indeed a G1 Shockwave toy/mold.

Not a cameo per se, but doesn't Mathilda (Natalie Portman) in Léon watch Transformers on TV? Found this clip... But think there's other moments where she watches too. www.youtube.com/watch?v=7IGkzX0jRy4(Warning: Content not child suitable)

Well spotted, whoever found Shockwave. This list is long out of date (Beast Wars/Fresh Prince is about the most recent on the list, I think) and incomplete (missing the comic in Vice Versa, for instance) but still an interesting read: www.angelfire.com/ego/zobovor/pop_culture.html

Well spotted, whoever found Shockwave. Well spotted indeed. That's a pretty awesome spot. I mean, good grief, how the heck did they spot Shockers there? Eyes of the Hawk or what?!

You hadn't heard The JCB Song? But it has Zoids and Transformers, or maybe something bigger.

There was a Sideswipe toy on a dressing table in a brief overhead shot during an 80's Salon Selectives advert.

That... That is tantamount to pornography.
Boxed Weirdwolf on a toy shelf. God what I'd give to go back and see those again.

I remember Galvatron being in some episodes of Coronation Street back in the day. I can't remember if he was just a toy that one of the children played with at a table or if he had an actual role as one of the corner shop customers.

The other day I was thinking about Nautilator and watching the film The Disaster Artist, and a second later Nautilator turns up on the film on a car dashboard!

Sorry, but it has to be said:
I'm sure I see the odd Transformer in a Micheal Bay film. I assumed the film was about the military and pretty girls but imagine my suprise to discover the film even had the words 'Transformers' in its title.
Crazy.

Not sure if this counts, but I've been reading this Japanese light novel series called "My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected", which is neither much of a romance nor a comedy but which is interesting because the main character is an embittered pessimist who can solve folks problems because he doesn't care if solving them makes him look even worse.
Anyway, the most recent volume has a chapter set around Christmas and while he's out present shopping he runs into his teacher in a toyshop, and she tells him that Transformers are the best.

Sorry, but a tarted up Omega Supreme showing up in Ninja Terminator is the best Transformer in an unlikely place.
