Yeah, Phil, JoeCon was a total debacle the way it was handled. If that's how the Joe property is being handled I'm really not surprised that sales have nosedived the way they did. At least the IDW comics are still showing consistent quality.
Nick, I might know someone. Give me a few days to check it out as I'm working for the next few days.

I cracked as well when I found out I have a large tax return due. But when I checked, the Iacon package was sold out so I asked a friend whose going to add a set. I am truly dreading how expensive the postage will be if he has to ship it via fedex at the convention.
Nick I asked someone about add ons, he has the golden ticket option so might have a spare set of add ons, but wont know till nearer the time.

Yeah, a bit strange alright. I console myself with the fact that we've been there and done it all before. In saying that, I really hope it's somewhere new next year.

The grapevine is saying not in California next year, which with TF 5 in 2016 probably meaning Pasadena again, it makes sense.
Really hope east coast.
Been seeing photos on facebook all day. It was the pics in the local Target and the Island Burger place in the mall that finally made me miss not being there. Having said that I'm still not that bothered to be missing the convention itself.

Anyone got any details of the Botcon 2014 comic? We had a preview but this is one thing not covered in all the news. I know it'll be awful like all the others.
