To remind everyone: This wave is all repaints: Rumble, a black & red repaint of Rewind Laserbeak, a black & red repaint of Buzzsaw Ravage, a black & grey repaint of Stripes All three are similarly coloured repaints, with not much variety. The two animals didn't sell well in their original forms. They are naturally packed at 3 per case. Rumble sold better in his original form. He will be more in demand due to the lack of a better looking Japanese version. He is the only one with a robot mode. Naturally he is two per case. Wave 1 has taken ages to sell. Really doesn't look like it's done good business at all especially compared to the Titanmasters and larger sizes. This case looks retail poison. I was all poised to label it AWOL. It's turned up VERY late in the game for Wave 2, day after Wave 3 deluxe were found in the UK and Wave 3 Legends in Australia. IF it goes everywhere it could end up clogging shelves and torpedoing the desirable Wave 3 (BB, Gnaw, Kickback). I'm hoping that it's a limited quantity and they get swallowed by Christmas Silly Season when frothing parents buy anything, bu I'm not confident. Just in case, here's the Kapow Wave 3 Legends preorder: www.kapowtoys.co.uk/transformers-titans-return-legends-wave-3-set-of-3.html I don't think I've ever been so depressed by something showing up at UK retail :-(

I don't think we need to worry yet. Historically, maybe, but at the moment the big stores seem to be falling over themselves to get everything out, and we're also seeing different shops with monopolies on different waves. Like Smythes being the only place for wave two voyagers. Someone will have the wave three legends.

£5.99 isn't bad for a £10 toy

Exactly, and the price they should have been in the first place for what they are.
I can guarantee as with all previous B&M sightings that when I check there will be nothing there.

Sixshot will be next. Cos I just paid Kapow £55 for him. Knew I really didn't need to, but I panicked about the Legends and decided to go for free postage. Damn that free postage.

I must try and get myself a Megatron for Christmas - didn't want the Combiner wars one, but I do like this one.

Titans Return is the first time since 2001 that I've wanted to buy the new TF toys. Thankfully, having two children who love Transformers is an excellent excuse to purchase more toys Sixshot, Wolfwire, Fortress Maximus, Brainstorm, and all of the Masterforce re-imaginings are very much on my want list.

Well, as my rehearsal was cancelled tonight I head up to Smyths Maidstone only to find lot's of Combiner Wars Voyagers there. But on the top shelf was an Astrotrain so I asked someone to pass it down so I could have a look. Whilst watching the guy struggle on the ladder, I noticed a stack of TR Megatron & Primes on the overstock shelf. So I have a TR Megatron waiting to be opened on Christmas. But it does make you think that the shop was waiting for all the Onslaughts and Scattershots to be sold before putting these new ones out. (And that will be a very long time).

Tesco here still has Transformers - restock on the RiD Legions and One Step Changers, and the RiD deluxes that were unsold after the last sale back in November.

Big Tesco at Stockport checked this evening. Shelf of Rewinds but nothing new. Looks like many toys not yet restocked post-Christmas so will heck again sometime soon.

Checked the one Tesco that had got Legends in (wave 1, not wave 2). Loads of RID. Shelf tags for Legends TR removed. Chnces of Gnaw = nil.

It's alright, the Bisk from the skipped wave is back in the next case.
But yeah, odd choices. Morwe Groundpounder/busters and Fixits would be nice.
