TRU website now showing AoE voyager Grimlock and evasion mode Prime available for delivery. Is that new? Not new but they haven't been available up until now. Andy

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but Argos are offering Chomp and Stomp Grimlock for pre-order, delivery July 25th. A mere snip at £90. £90! for a lump of plastic that transforms by cranking a handle on his back. Not even for half the price would I consider that.

I consider Legion Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Starscream "Transformers (2014)", not Age of Extinction, despite what the European Hasbro branches claim. The packaging lacks the AOE logo, and the wave 2 figures Grimlock and Strafe are called "Classic" on the Hasbro US website.
(Also part of this vague "Transformers (2014)" line are the Protectobot multi-packs and the SDCC/Hasbro Toy Shop Dinobots four-pack, seeing as they all share the same packaging design without an AOE logo.)
What's funny is that the Legions are "Market six" (Dollar General/Family Dollar) exclusives in the US (basically an obscure side line), but are mass retail in Europe and clogging pegs and displays everywhere here (to the point where I get the impression they're pretty much the flagship of Hasbro's Transformers lineup).

They're a very odd beast that's for sure. I'd like to get my hands on the 2nd wave but no sign of them yet here :-(

I see you've updated the list Phil - where have the TRU Evo Prime & the Tesco Silver Knight two pack been seen? I'd like a look at that Grimlock in hand, but my Tesco had naff all yesterday. They're still pushing Beast Hunters.

Was Evo Prime ever actually in stock on the website? The Grimlock one was on there in the same state until it started to appear in shops. I assumed it was a placeholder listing waiting for stock. I've never seen one.
Good news that the target exclusive is Tesco bound. I'll look around. Not fussed about the Prime (I thought that was evasion mode, but it's too small for that surely?) but I would buy it for the Grimlock if the price was right.

Transformers (2014) "Classic" Legion Class Grimlock and Strafe are out in the UK. Found at Sainsbury's, but most likely general retail like the Optimus Prime/Bumblebee/Starscream wave. www.tfw2005.com/boards/transformers-sightings/86570-united-kingdom-transformers-sightings-3727.html#post11575652No sign of Megatron (2008 Universe Megatron re-release), who was originally seen among these two when we first saw them in packaging. Hopefully this means they will show up in Germany soon as well. I already have Megatron, but I really want these two. Please note that this Grimlock is different (in both colors and packaging) from the Asda (UK) / Walmart (US) / Müller (Germany) exclusive "Age of Extinction"-branded Grimlock release of the Beast Hunters Rippersnapper sculpt.

Excellent. At last. Now then TRU, half price offer please, and I get this & Grimlock together. Actually, I had an alert set for this on the TRU website, which now has it as in stock, but I didn't get an email. Pleased it's reached these shores though.

I knew this would happen once I ordered Evasion Mode Prime! If this drops to £25 or less, I'm tempted to buy one for AOE Prime's face-plated head.

Legion Strafe and Grimlock now listed on TRU's website, not in stock yet, but also no Megatron. Seems definite he has been excluded from that wave in the UK.

I can confirm Masterpiece Sunstorm for Germany (US packaging!), and Grimlock is available from the German TRU website but not in stores yet.

The AOE Deluxe list is wildly outdated and inaccurate. Wave 2 is Drift, Strafe and Slash. Actually out at UK TRU stores: www.tfw2005.com/boards/transformers-sightings/86570-united-kingdom-transformers-sightings-3759.html#post11888178I can confirm they're also out at German TRU stores. Lockdown is "wave 2.5" in the US. Wave 3 is Hot Shot, Snarl and single-packed Bumblebee (new Camaro). Out in the US. Not sure about that guy from TFW2005 claiming Bumblebee is also out in the UK. Junkheap was never solicited as a Deluxe. Power Battlers wave 4 also includes High Octane Bumblebee. No idea on whether One-Step Changer Stinger was released in the UK. He is a general retail release in Germany and supposed to be a Walmart exclusive in the US, but multiple specimens have also been found at Target stores sporting a "Walmart exclusive" sticker. Duh.

Yeah has been a while apparently but skipped my notice when I looked at the CW version and now I'm too poor to afford one. Bogatan here got one in a deal last weekend.
