What's the story behind the colours? Was planned to be a "Year of the..." release which didn't happen. Rather than scrapping it, they forced it into the Platinum reissue line. Quality on those 2 is terrible though, unlike the other Platinum reissues. And Phil, Astrotrain is Machtackle.

Oh wow, I'd not even seen the Voyager Galvatron. That's a miserable looking thing, isn't it! My local B&M has a stack of Jetfires at £30 a pop. I sort of want one, but eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh. I also hear they had a lot of quality issues? That true?

By the way: While they're not listed in this thread, it appears the Tiny Titans mark another instance where UK and German retail diverge from each other:
I can still find both Series 1 and Series 3 at German retail with relative ease, but we appear to have skipped Series 2 entirely.
Meanwhile, and you may feel free to correct me on this one, but Series 1 is still AWOL from UK retail, yet you guys did get Series 2 and 3, is that correct?
(Also, it appears Australia only got Series 2 and 3 just like the UK, with Series 3 spotted for the first time today)

RID One-Step Changers Quillfire and Springload confirmed as the next wave (if you only count "waves" with new product in them like I do, that'd be wave 6)
RID Three-Step Changers Blizzard Strike Autobot Drift and Thunderhoof confirmed as wave 6
RID Warrior Class Blizzard Strike Optimus Prime, Decepticon Fracture, Night Strike Bumblebee (separate from Night Ops Bumblebee) and Megatronus confirmed as the next wave (wave 5), although by some accounts, Blizzard Strike Optimus Prime and Fracture might already be in an earlier wave that doesn't contain Night Strike Bumblebee and Megatronus yet (waiting for mor retailers to put up preorders to verify the wave breakdown)
RID Mini-Con Deployer Overload confirmed as wave 2

I still weep for the missing series 1 of Tiny Titans. S2 was easy to find. S3 is a bit patchy.

And now Nevermore is confused. www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10154336762043146&set=oa.910938195663617RID Warrior Class Megatronus, listed at two different online retailers as part of an upcoming wave of general retail Warrior Class figures, already found at Toys"R"Us in the US. As part of the Toys"R"Us exclusive "Clash of the Transformers" assortment. Will there be a non-exclusive Megatronus, too? Are the listings inaccurate? Is this going to turn into another AOE One-Step Changer Stinger situation?

That makes sense - same as Predacons Rising. Same toys, different paint jobs. Isn't that what Clash of the Transformers is?

It slipped my mind to mention that the Smyths Christmas catalogue had arrived during the week.
1 page of RiD2015, usual tat.
0 pages of Combiner Wars. Put this together with TRU reducing the Voyagers and I don't think the future is bright for CW wave 4

Yup. And removed it. No CW of any sort in the book :-(

That's pretty damning then. If they'd listed it and then removed it. Sounds like an about turn. After all, who wants Transformers this Christmas when there's a million Star Wars toys to buy.
Kapow have a very reasonable price on the car wave at the moment... hmm...

I find that odd, this to me should be a decent toyline, although im guessing; £16-17 for a figure when some of the RiD ones are cheaper, younger children's parents will just buy the cheaper ones?

Wave 1 sold very poorly round Edinburger way. Co-incided with a price rise on TF's and not helped by patchy distribution. Also very hard to find Voyagers and Deluxes in the same stores. I've only seen wave 3 in one small independant toy shop. Skipping wave 2 so that the combiners from wave 1 could not be completed hasn't helped. I can see why CW stiffed. I don't expect to see any more until grey import silly season strikes again! -Ralph
