Obviously yes, they are plastic, but I've noticed it more and more recently. I think it's the overuse of grey, that never works well

Picked up Lazerback the other day. Huge dissapointment.
There's been a lot of "Stand the critter up to transform him" that have managed moderately inventive transformation schemes. Some that have added steps to make it feel more complicated.
This is not one of them. Stand him up. Fold head into chest. That's basically it.
He's on par with TM2 Cheetor. Actually, less complicated.

I like them, but obviously I see many small problems... still, these are probably the most flattering Predaking pictures I've yet seen on the net. I like the overall aesthetic of Prime, very ferocious rather than lean, but the face does seem out of character. It suggests a beastial rage...

Prime looks somewhat unfinished - the expanses of grey just makes me feel like they ran out of paint halfway through and called it done. Apart from that I don't think it is too bad a design, I'm just not crazy about the execution.

strange how Argos didn't have any BH figs in their new catalogue, meanwhile they have IRON MAN 3 merchandise in!
I know that BH figs are not out in the UK til towards the middle of the year(if not slightly before, or after).
btw i've not been all that impressed so far, with the current BH toyrange.....Optimus just looks far too weird.....Soundwave may be a fraction larger than the PRID, but his colours are horrible! & Voy Starscream just looks plain ugly.

To me it seems to be a mix of half-baked (or even over-baked) retools with a few interesting ideas. Lazerback seems to divide people - personally, I quite like the look of him and the comparisons to TM2 Cheetor actually push the nostalgia buttons. Bumblebee certainly looks the part as well.
What has excited me most so far is the Sinnertwin-homage in the Legion class, and on top of that the rumours / speculation that he could be a combiner limb are really quite intriguing. A cyberverse commander Hun-Grr with Legion-class limbs; it could only be better than FOC Bruticus.
If there's a disappointing aspect for me it's that it seems it heralds the end of Arms Micron, for me one of the best Transformers lines in years.
