Yeah I've found large parts of s1 a bit rough in places on repeat viewings. But tomorrow's always stands up.
It was the last original episode I saw back in the day too: I came into the Saturday afternoon showings 7 episodes into s2, watched the rest of s2 and 3 straight through and then caught the first five standard episodes of s1 which were repeated after that.
I had the VHS of the pilot film and then caught the full late 90s rerun which was the first time I saw the last 5 episodes of s1 and first 6 of s2. A lot of the better episodes are in that region with the first episode I saw, episode 7 of s2, absolutely top of the tree.

Tonight's episode is the last of s1. It's the first of two appearances for Lance LeGault (Colonel Decker in the A-Team) here playing a government agent trying to retrieve Airwolf - He's back Monday as a Sheriff in Texas! Last appearance of the original version of the theme & titles

S2 starts tonuight:
Sweet Britches, Firestorm, Moffett's Ghost, The Truth About Holly & The Hunted
Tonight's is crucial, is a bit meh. Lots of firsts plus Lance LeGault's second appearnce and sets up a plot line that runs through several early s2 episodes. Weds is good, Thurs continues the plotline started tonight

Once a Hero I trust it's clear what you should be watching at 6pm on Tuesday? Fallen Angel was the first episode of the series I saw. It's written by Deborah Pratt, who plays Marella and was then married to Donald Belisario. TWO Doctor Who guest actor guest appearance, the first appearance of Zeus and the plot thread that's been running since the start of s2 finally reaches it's inevitable conclusion. HX1 isn't bad and is s2's entry into the "Is StJohn back?" canon. |
