Informer G2 #11 featuring Beast Wars OC competition winner Ebo-Knight by Nick Roche I had completely forgotten what I called my entry. It wasnt the most imaginative but I still like it. Actually I half thought I had entered a Penguin for some reason. But one day I will get an extra Longrack and build Farrig.

Farrig is... not giraffe spelled backwards.
Have you got the design still?

Yeah.... I'm not exactly sure how I arrived at almost giraffe spelt backwards name.
I do have the design somewhere. It was still blutacked to a wardrobe door till a few years ago. If I remember correctly it followed the Rattrap/Razorbeast transformation.

Beast Wars Design A Beast Competition. It's amazing how many of these Hasbro nicked!

It was judged by my local comic book shop, if my memory serves me right. I just loved the sheep one.

For the first time in colour. This is what actually really absolutely positively happened at another of our early meet ups!

Unearthed this series earlier. Always wanted to read Brothers In Arms.

Shockwave VS The Transmasters! That's made my weekend. Found the xeroxed version harder to make out. Brilliant stuff Matt.

Nope, I wasn't at the Quasar meeting.
Just a friendly reminder folks that I have requested a few times that my old work that was only intended for limited postal circulation _not_ be scanned and posted on the Internet please - thanks.
It may also be worth asking out of politeness if other folk not here but around elsewhere (including those now gone professional) mind their old stuff being published on-line before you do so.
Best just to publish your own stuff on-line and let others share theirs with the world if they want to.

Sorry Martin, I must have been thinking of George's 18th birthday then possibly or just be going mad.
I've removed the images of yours, Nick's and James' as requested. No offence/embarrassment was intended.

It was Graham who gave us a lift to George's for the Beast Wars pilot.
Hmm. So Matt was killed in 1993 by Shockwave... but I know for a fact Matt was writing letters and drawing strips years after this. Continuity Alert! ARRGGH!!

For all I know Nick and James would be happy for their youthful works to be shared with the world, but I think it's safest to assume not unless they've explicitly said so. Martin

Wow, that meeting in Liphook was my second event, I remember doing Quasar in Bristol before that. Good times.
