Blimey. I'd no idea. So when was that out then? 2011? I didn't even realise that show had been broadcast here. I really loved the reboot, very nicely done that was. Bah, missed that then. I'd have bought it had I known.

Pity. The toys that came out of that reboot were terrible, but I'd have liked to read a bit more from that version of the world. I liked it a lot more than the Wildstorm reimagining.

I've finally got round to reading issue 2 as a prelude to reviewing it (I'd planned to slam dunk all the remaining issues this week and start on the book version of my site, but a nasty cough has made me sit around watching Bonnie Landford talk about how she's always the one getting wet in the Delta and the Bannermen extras instead), and thought the Crosshairs story was actually a very nicely done bit of fluff.
Considering the Animated (cancelled after three issues, these also seem annoyingly rare as my efforts to track down the two I don't have have had no success) and Prime (went quarterly, seemingly just to keep things going till the fourth film) didn't do so well as the last few series haven't made much of an impact in the UK, I'd be amazed if there was any attempt to do another comic before the next movie, whoever it does or doesn't come from.
Mind, IIRC Titan actually picked up the licence a good while before hey started the comic, but held off specifically because they knew a Bay based title would do better than a Energon/Cybertron one so someone may have already grabbed it.

I have all 75 issues & 3 issues & 3 TPB - it's just the 4th TPB adventures one that i've not got.

They didn't release the 4th tpb, or the first for Volume 2.
Shame really.

That must be why I can't find it - but remember the cover for it - ROTF Prime on it.

I just hope that whoever gets the rights Hasbro gets them to have Gijoe rights for joint comic so that they can reprint the TF Gijoe comic which is the only one we all like has the main lead strip & then print the backup stuff so then they just need about 5 pages of posters features using cover prints & then 1 US comic reprint & you've got yourself a 76 page CE format comic.
