Mine arrived a couple of weeks ago. No real quality control issues with mine. (Minor sub-standard paint app issues but that seems par for the course with most Transformers these days.) From what I read here, it sounds like most people received theirs in a padded envelope; mine was actually sent in a box. (While last year, my Dion was in an envelope when others here had them in boxes.) The only issue was that the box was ever so slightly too small and the flap that fits down the inside wall had pushed the tip of the spoiler a bit out of shape. Fortunately, this could be bent back into shape without any stress.

No, I believe the issue was that they were all jammed into boxes that were too small, with only a plastic bag for protection rather than say, bubble wrap or foam chips.
Packaging is cheap, replacing broken toys is expensive. Sigh.

Hilariously, the TFCC Twitter feed has now turned to 100% OTT forced positivity and retweets of how awesome they are.
I'm just waiting a few days to see if they respond to my 'why are members called Foreign' query before unfollowing.
It's like they got their business model from Matty Collector...

It is nice but what is TFCC's obsession with putting oversized faction symbols on everyone. That hood symbol does not need to be there.

It does look like nice but I shall pass. I'm deeply unimpressed with TFCC's customer service and how they communicate with members. Happy to let my membership quietly expire.

The numbers still waiting do seem to have dropped to a much smaller number but a few people on TFW are still waiting.
FP are now saying DHL screwed up and sent them freight instead of airmail (which does make sense based on what FP said in the email back in July, JULY!!!! and the one to two months they have actually taken to arrive) thought I could equally believe its FP who got confused about the shipping method they had selected.
As its still only just over the 2 months hopefully more will continue to show up.

Got mine at last!
Persistence and shameless manipulation paid off in the end. Emailed Karen at the club just before Christmas to ask if they'd had mine returned yet (they hadn't) and wished her a Merry Xmas, which seemed to do the trick. Utterly shameless (to be fair they do seem like nice people at the TCC).
Having to pay $8 for the shipping of something you paid for a year previously and to be told they're making a special exception shouldn't really feel like such a victory, but what the hell, I have Sideburn and he's pretty.

...So yeah, just do a straight repaint of a Prime figure. I guess that works.

Mmmmm. Doesn't quite work for me, though I can see the thinking behind it. I just don't think the mould is chunky and heavy enough to feel like a Rampage.

It's not bad. I like it enough that I am glad a held off renewing my club membership last year so that I get one. The colour looks good, Im not sure of the mould though. But its a mould I dont have and haven't tried so thats a bonus.
I'm not sure its quite as last years Depthcharge, but they'll make a good pair and a good addition to the Pre Beast I already have.

I must say that I had not noticed that whole lion's face thing. That just makes me like it a little bit more.
It's actually quite a good idea, and I like what they're doing. But I'm not a fan of that Orion Pax mold, and I won't be shelling out the TFCC prices for it, so I won't be getting it. But it's a nice idea.
