My reaction to that description is pretty much the same as to the newly revealed exclusive - a shrug. I hope people enjoy these things. My cash remains available for other purchases.
Ancient Cheetor sounds kind of fanficcy in the bad sense, but like anything I guess if it's written well enough it *could* work.

I'm not POSITIVE on Cheetor. I've never read any of the stories. But TFWiki has Alpha Trizor listed as this, though the ONLY link between them on his file card is a throwaway line about "a cheetah doesn't change his spots" or something. But then the TF Wiki also insists that EVERYONE NAMED SIDEWAYS EVER is all the same character universe hopping, even though there is no reason at all to believe this. So take that as you will.
I just think expanding on the original BW toy continuity, mixing in some of the show elements (like downsizing) would have been the best way to go for fiction.

No interest in Faireborn, I think Dr Biggles-Jones would be a much better choice. And while not in perfect scale with G2 Megatron, it'd work in a display.

I don't think I have ever seen the episode with Old Snake in, Fairbourne I remember from Return of Optimus Prime, not sure I really need or want either.
The Bats look very nice, I have no idea what they are but Soundwaves mould in black and yellow just looks good.

One wonders if these are attempts to bump up flagging club numbers by encouraging fans to sign up for both clubs to 'complete the set'.

From what I read, they should be available to both clubs so its not a membership drive. But shared exclusives mean larger sales, are cheaper to make and less work for FP I guess.

Got my Nova Prime today.
People overreacted on the altered head. It's a little small, but it still is proportional to the body size. If anything, it makes him look a little larger than his relatively small deluxe indicates. The headsculpt is also really nice.
It's a good deco, on a somewhat decent mold. But nothing about it really screams Nova Prime. It feels forced, and generic (unlike Lioconvoy). I honestly feel like if they were going to keep so much deco the same between lio and nova, they should have gone ahead and done him as Ultra Magnus. Honestly though, I feel as though in general this was a missed opportunity for something else entirely. It just doesn't read Nova.
It's not a bad figure. But I may end up sending this on to someone who wants it more.

Actually, I'm getting quite angry at him being the incentive figure. That's... odd.

Yep. I'm on for this fella. If there's a hub bulk order going on through CJ or Bogatan, count me in please.

That is 90% lovely, but let down by the logo.
I guess using the current Transformers logo is mandated, but combined with the slightly lazy-looking Timelines bit it is a disappointment.

So uh, how much pain is Graham in over that Ratbat after having just forked out for MP Soundblaster just for the Ratbat?

I too would very much like a Skywarp.
I'd not noticed that Ratbat was the MP. Nice that's getting a run out separate to the Soundblaster. Pity it's ended up chucked in such an obscure set though, which will probably cost as much as a Soundblaster anyway...

Given how much a club membership costs, and the ridiculous shipping prices... probably no pain at all.
