The design art is just lifted from the FoC Artbook, as an unused character design. Astrotrain didn't get such a design, and so there is none here to share.

Voyager-class figures at least have the budget to make a full figure instead of just a facade. I think these will be quite good. They just won't be very big. Astrotrain won't be a purple Springer, I don't think. Hasbro don't usually have two of the same mould in a single case assortment (apart from Bumblebee variants in movie deluxe assortments, but he's a special case  ) so I reckon he'll be an entirely new design. Quite looking forward to seeing these. -Nick |

I do like the idea of that Springer repainted as Sandstorm though. A voyager should look like an ever so slightly oversized classics deluxe so should look pretty decent alongside them.

Sandstorm from Springer!!!! Yes excellent!!! Why didn't I (as a Sandstorm fan) think of that?! Those alt modes would fit Sandstorm even better IMO!
The FoC size reduced voyager/larger delux, would indeed be tops. FoC Soundwave is huge though. Larger than many other recent voyagers from other lines. Wonder if they'll keep that size going? I wouldn't want Springer, Sandstorm or Astrotrain to be that large. Big delux fits them.
Eagerly await Astrotrain pics. Another Shockprowl favorite charactet.

Somehow managed to forget about them. Hmm. Perhaps we are looking at a purple Springer, but I defy anyone at Hasbro to tell me any of those modes looks like a train.
