Silver Surfer isn't really doing it for me. Issue 4 of 14. Daredevil has been more of a struggle that usual, issue 4 of 18. I wonder what's going to replace Original Sin which has two issues to go?

X-Men I still have some way to go before I can start reading the Paninis again: I have All New up to 30 via comixology sale (I think Panini have printed up to 24) and Uncanny up to 25 (Panini prints 20 in the current Essential!) Up to Uncanny 22 and All New 26 in the current issue. Another couple of months should do it.

Another corking Marvel Legends this month. When did Thor become proper fantasy? I thought his title of old was just Marvel's version of Superman. This current story and the last one are brilliant stuff.

Have you ever read Walt Simonson's run on Thor?

Nope. I have read very, very little Thor. I am now giving consideration to buying into the Epic Collection books bearing his name to do some exploring. Is that run out in those?

No not yet.
Think it's a 70's run and some of the DeFalco/Frenz run.
The Walt Simonson run is collected under Thor Visionaries, it has been recoloured with modern colours though.

All New 27-29 in the current issue. So just 1 more issue there to go to overtake the Comixology sale.
Uncanny is on 22, needs to get past 25.
Oh **** the replacement for Original Sin is Agents of Shield.

It strikes me that there's probably another couple of numbers we should be looking at: Uncanny is on 22 in Panini's Essential X-Men Comixology have had a sale on up to 25. The series runs up to issue 35, annual between 38 & 39, and then jumps to 600. All New is on 29 in Essential X-Men Comixology have had a sale up to 30 The series runs up to 41 plus an annual between 34 & 35 Plus the Black Vortex crossover which will pull in 11 other issues That means there's about 12 Panini X-Men issues to go pre Secret Wars.

Four more thrilling issues of it according to the Avengers CE editorial. Thanks fuck Young Avengers is almost over. The current 100-page special was grim reading.

The art isn't helping Axis.
IIRC the story hasn't done it's big thing quite yet.
I'm not a Remender fan: his X-Force wanged chung, especially compared to the superior Kyle/Yost series that prececed it. Uncanny Avengers really didn't do much for me, aside from the first story that Axis is picking up, for the most part it looked like a continuation of one of his X-Force stories. He did do the recent Cap run with Arnim Zola that I liked.

Whoa, that's more like it for Axis in Avengers Universe 20. Far better art and what I recall the limited series being about has finally kicked off.

Nice table for illustrating which titles are in all the books. I'm still surprised Hulk is popular enough to maintain his own title. I'm sure that could be put to better use.
Is Avengers Universe routinely good? Worth reading on top of Legends?

Ralph and I are both convinced that Hulks isn't long for this world. The problem is Hulk is popular with people of our ages from the TV series. And the Panini editors are about our ages.....

By my count Astonishing Spider Man 26, Avengers Universe 20 and Wolverine & Deadpool 21 are due out tomorrow.
But when I looked in Richmond's WHS today, on the off chance they might be out early, only ASM had an off the shelf date of today, Avengers and Wolverine & Deadpool were down as NEXT week, which means we've gone FIVE weeks between issues.
Something to do with there having been 13 already this year perhaps? All three had issues published New Years Day 2015.
1 01/01/2015 2 29/01/2015 3 26/02/2015 4 26/03/2015 5 23/04/2015 6 21/05/2015 7 18/06/2015 8 16/07/2015 9 13/08/2015 10 10/09/2015 11 08/10/2015 12 05/11/2015 13 03/12/2015 14 31/12/2015 ?
I'll be interested to see what's on the shelf tomorrow.

Out next week.
The Avengers/Wolverine one fortnight, X-Men/MWOM the next pattern is broken with them now appearing in consecutive weeks
the foundations of my wrold are disintegrating under me!!!!

I have similar patterns! these days Doctor Who Comic, Marvel Legends and X-Men all come out on consecutive weeks. Which leaves a fourth spot for getting up to date with the Megazine. All very tidy.
Consistency is Victory.
Are you listening Panini?
