Inbetween my slavery to various Evil Empires, doing Another Time and Place, The Daily Straxus and wrangling Ralph most of you know I am heavily involved in Auto Assembly and edit the various publications among other things.
Anyhoo, this year's convention magazine which was digital only (price and other reasons) should have dropped shortly after the event. Indeed the idea was to have it drop straight after the event, but for one reason or another it still hasn't found it's way online. Partly why, I shared my strip story. So rather than waiting any further I've made the PDF accessible online.
Two flavours of PDF
1 - nice web friendly small file size.

LINK 2
2 - larger suitable for printing size

So what do you get for your time and bandwith I hear you ask?
Well a super sexy Gavin Spence cover, that four page Marvel UK era comic strip by me. A nice article about Cyberworlds by Dr Gavin Merrifield, he's a nice science chap even if he doesn't wear a white coat as much as he should. There's a contentious opinionated list article A Top Thirty for Thirty Years of Transformers with contributions from myself, Philip Ayres and Adam "Gruffy" Nicol.
Oh and there are also excerpts from email exchanges between myself and this guy who is trying to make his name as a writer. Fellow by the name of James Roberts, I think this kid could go far, with the right guidance (MORE THUNDER CLASH) who talks a wee bit about the putting together of the Transformers UK Classics reprinting the classic Marvel comics run.
Comments will be greatly appreciated.
