Good news, it turns out UW Devastator is as tough as he looks. He survived an unbroken 8 foot fall from my top shelf with no damage and only 2 parts that popped out of place. I was nearly in tears when I seen it falling.

Hooks, em, hook came off and the head unclipped. |

So far I have lost the chest piece and the rifle end of the big gun. Hopefully they turn up soon.

(As one who has had Omega Prime and a talking La-La take headers at me from top shelves in the past my first thought with falling toys is to check there are no civilians in the impact radius... It did take MP Megatron with it, he's still in the plastic in his box though so it all seems to be fine as well. I haven't heard many good things about the build quality of him so was scared to take it out and check. |

I was the only person there and was at the other end of the room so thankfully no humans were injured in the making of this nightmare. *phew* Good to hear. You may as well unbox Megs and get the value from him now, rather than wait until breaks in there. The ankle joints are going to rust through in due course whether he is in the box or not. It isn't so much a problem of build-quality as it is of materials choice. There are some metals that shouldn't be directly paired with each other because it causes oxidisation. Sadly someone at Tomy forget their high school chemistry when it came to materials selection for Megs... Karl |

Cosmic rust I believe it is? I do plan on breaking him out to display in alt mode, the bot mode is tragic looking, but there was a small disaster with the shelving units yesterday so never got round to organising everything the way I planned. Started some of the unboxing today.

The one with the tank treads and a scoop on the end of a long arm is Scavenger. The dump truck is Long Haul. The one with the mixing drum is Mixmaster. The one with the hook is Hook.

I always remember though that the combined form is Devastator which is probably why I get on so well with the Action Master. I also have this problem with the Stunticons. The yellow one is Dragstrip and the truck is Motor Master (the two I had as a kid). The other three are...The Other Three. -Ralph |

I've never had any problems with the Stunticons. How I remember them - Blue Breakdown. Dead (Red) end that just leaves one left.
