Wrong comic. Apart from an appearance in the "Dark Cybertron" cross-over (which I didn't bother buying at the time), the whole Prowl as part of Devastator thing was going on over in the comic that was known as "Robots in Disguise" and is now called "Transformers", so if you read MTME you pretty much avoid it entirely.
