This is my fourth MP since Grimlock (Rodimus, G2 Sideswipe, G2 Bumblebee, now Road Rage)
So the third of the "new" MP type.
This line is complete BS. It actually angers me that they're called "Masterpiece" and charged so much for, because they are not.
They're bad wannabe classics. This mold has nothing on the RtS Tracks mold. It has weird proportions, dubious joints, a transformation that is three times more complex than necessary to achieve this robot.
And it brings nothing to the plate that it's mainline counterpart doesn't do better.
It's overpriced, overly complex, with dubious engineering, and cheaply made.
I'm done with MPs that aren't Beast Wars. I don't care how G2 they are.
And this makes me fear the mess that'll be Primal.

It's not that bad.  I'm not seeing the 'weird proportions', but everything else is a matter of personal taste, I guess. I prefer this to the RtS because to me Tracks should be tall and lanky, not kinda short and stumpy. It was good at the time, but the MP has superseded it in almost every way in my eyes. |
