Not yet. I have read up. This goes between episodes 32 and 33 of BWII in terms of continuity according to TFWiki, so when I get to watching BWII I'll slot it into its right place. It is part of the Karyuudo release.

It also seems to be the middle piece of a trilogy of separate films that made up the theatrical feature. All things must be watched in chronological order! There is a plan here. When time permits, I want to rewatch Beast Wars and then add in the Japanese stuff as and when it fits. By which time, Karyuudo will also have done Neo for the full Beast canon experience.
This continues an ongoing experience for me, having watched Headmasters/Masterforce/Victory/Zone I am now ready to move into the Beast era.
