Definitely a handsome set of figures! Two of the three "base modes" inevitably have the ring of those fan base modes that so often get shared. They are part of that late Japanese G1 era to which I've never managed to connect though. I can admire them but they're missing that personal element for me. I'm the same. I have zero connection to these (or any) japanese characters. More over, I just in general don't like the generic Giant Mecha Anime aesthetic most late G1 japanese characters like these and Star Saber uses. However, the amount of work that went into these three molds is positively delicious. I must have them. They shall be the Elite Guard. |

I dread to think what the mainland Europe importers will be wanting for these, the prices here can be insane. Probably over €200. That said, that Japan-EU trade agreement could kick in just in time for this.

I remember MaxGate but I think that was because they hadn't confirmed a final price when the pre-orders went up? I think I'm remembering an individual problem I had with kapow in the past.
However, no reason not to use the deposit option then.
