I don't know if it does normally or not.
But there is a special incentive in the chinese market that has the original Ultra's skull mace in silver, packaged in a tiny banana box.
This is a premium similar the coins the others may or may not come with, and exists independently of any mace that may be incorporated with the MP itself.

I don't think he comes with a mace on his own. I think the mace is just a premium, instead of an additional.
