I'm paid up now. Decided not to preorder any of the exclusives, but the Diaclone repaints still interest me if they happen to have any on the day.

Indeed. Although releases are still getting pushed back a lot, there is still a ton of new figures due to drop.

I shall keep an eye out. I'm wearing a pony tail and a terribly unfashionable denim jacket.

Nope. They weren't doing a panel or anything public so I wouldn't know.

Toy-fu made a respectable start today. Despite the low traffic and long periods of inactivity due to panels elsewhere on the floor, Andy and I took in about £1300 between us. That covers our costs and leaves Mary's Meals £870 better off. A middling Sunday result for AA, but for an event a third of the size with very little new stock to speak of, we can't complain!
Tomorrow will apparently be busier, because the one-day passes are for Sunday only and a lot of local people and families are expected to come. We've got plenty of cheap toys knocking about that are ideal for kids, and a few bigger chaps that might be worth blowing the pocket money budget on or putting away for Christmas, so we should do well.

It must have taken you hours to stand up all those figures. I dread to think how long it takes to set up the full scale AA version. Did you find the Rodimus gun?

I took in £1704- after transport, accommodation and stock costs it's about £1200 plus whatever Andy K made. Not bad for three days' work.
We did indeed find the Rodimus gun, thankfully.

That is very good considering the size of RORC, nicely done!

Nicely done, Nick! I assume most of the stock was the leftovers from AA as well?
