I went fairly light this year, bar the van-load of stock that is.
For my own use, I bought a CW Air Raid (I ran out of ours and had to grab an extra from Kapow) and Quickslinger to complete my Superion, a shiny G2 MP Bumblebee which is very nice, and a Uniquetoys Fenrir (3P Sinnertwin). Got them all from Kapow except Quickslinger who I got from... myself.
Also picked up a reissue Ironhide and Ratchet, and a Generations Tailgate for Mr Burns. I had a Gen. Swerve which also went in that stack.

General thoughts as well? What was nice about it was what an incredibly well run weekend it was. Just about everything flowed well and there was nothing you could really point and say "That didn't work". indeed, even the hotel--who are normally Where Things Go Wrong-- were 98% perfect this year (the 2% was the bar discount only applying to the "Special" convention bar that wasn't open all the time and only had an insanely narrow choice of drinks. I went in there once, realised they didn't sell any of the drinks in the round I'd been sent to collect and had had to shuffle off to the main bar. This was only annoying because the discount had applied to the main bar for tevery previous year it has been on). That's made for a perfect final. Most interesting panel for me was actually the Furman/Dreamwave/IDW one. Mainly because he was extremely gracious and professional about a fair few people and comics I think he could have been perfectly justified in putting the boot into (though talking to him afterwards he did admit it would have been a very different panel if he'd done it even a couple of years ago but he's much more sanguine these days). It was good to get a perspective on Dreamwave that wasn't just throwing darts at Pat Lee's face. It was rather sweet (especially as it was unbidden, it wasn't the result of a "What do you think of James Roberts?" style question) that he basically passed the baton onto his British successor at the end and talked--in an obviously genuine way--about how he doesn't mind if he never writes Transformers again because he considers it in very safe hands with the current IDW crop in general and Roberts in particular. What was lovely was even here at the end I got to meet all sorts of new people (I've so many new Facebook/Twitter peeps I've lost track) and get to know people I've seen there for years better. It got so emotional that Andy T and I gave each other about five last goodbye hugs between 2 on Monday morning and 11.30. Each time crying. My pictures here: www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10153301789989219.1073741846.611524218&type=1&l=b0fb2e2861My video of the closing ceremony (with the proviso it's poorly shot and the big event--and if you were there it's the bit you'll want to watch again and starts about 9 minutes in--means at least one person will have almost certainly made the effort to make sure it was being filmed properly): www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2kGR8iKy38If you were there, it will be tearful.

Okay, first of all (and excuse my language but I don't care)I fucking LOVE those two. That was the closest I've come to crying in years.
Second of all: Mate, I had no idea you were you. I'd never put your face to your username. I'll know better for next time!

Ha, no worries. I was at least briefly confused twice by people from this forum stopping me in corridors, it's all part of the fun.
Will do a proper loot/thoughts video at some point today.

If that's the Optimal optimus ep & one being Aftermath then I'll be interested - but can't remember which one Aftermath was in. I'll check my video tonight if any clues on it. Don't need the 2.2 one.

So, this is what I managed to snaffle
Combiner Wars Hot Spot Crosshairs (without Nebulan, boo!) Generations Tailgate RobotMasters Mirage Masterpiece Bumble G2 ver. Sandstorm, courtesy of LlamaGod and Andu Alex Milne's Sketchbook (without sketch as I didn't want to hold the queue up) A Wildman Mirage print Two of Golby-sama's prints (The G2 ones of course!) Little Victories script (Roberts will learn my name, dammit!)
Missed out on Nick's Wreckers print and Golby and Andrew Griffiths Sketchbooks, but I'll have a word with them later on about that...

Gonna tell us the Toy Fu totals Nick? Karl asked for one of my Off-Roads, and has already paid, so that brings the current total to £2,407.50. I don't know what to expect from RORC, but I'm hoping to push over £3000. -Nick

Yeah I got a few just before launch on Saturday morning. Mind a fair chunk of stuff had already been put to one side by then. Still I did better than the official photographer who turned up very late Saturday or sometime Sunday by which time it was all looking highly bedraggled.
Get them put up later.

There was also a Boxed complete Scorponok that was in the process of having body parts replaced after we found moulding defects on the torso a broken claw and a spring laoded projectile headmaster connector. That last one might have been on the other Scorponok, both where in for repairs at the time.
