I know. I need to do a thing about Kapow and recent releases, but head has just exploded. Which I then forgot about. OK Kapow have been my Diaclone retailer and I've bought the first use of every mould from them. They stocked everything - both standard and TTMall exclusive - and only had trouble getting DA-23 Waruder Suit Flinger & DA-24 Waruder Suit Stung which were massively in demand in Japan and necessitated a second run. A few months back I noticed they didn't have a preorder for DA-38 Waruder Raider Bug Head so I mailed them about it. Sadly I can't find the email to quote from but it was along the lines of "the demand wasn't there anymore" - forgive me if I'm remembering wrong. "Fair enough" thinks I "It'll help me quit" (Got a bit fed up with the repetitious armour suits) "if there's anything I really wants I can go to Robotkingdom" Then I started noticing, every so often, a new Diaclone preorder WOULD show up. It seems a bit random, there's two of the standard Triverse sets but not the third, which is released between them. So a table. First row is the last set in the run they had all of (with one previous exclusive being a possible exception) All toys from that point onwards listed, including the unrevealed DA-46. If the toy has a Kapow link in the last column, they stock it, if not they don't. They seem to be skipping the TTMall repaints generally now but there's some standard releases missin too. |

I have to say... as the diaclone rabbit hole gloriously devours my soul... I love this line. I have obtained a lot of the small mechs, I have resisted the big stuff... so far... and I can say these are near flawless. If you love mecha, you owe it to yourself to own some diaclone goodness.
