Apparently they didn't paint the dragon eyes on the Megatron toy, but they made stickers available for it. But the stickers are on the Magnaboss sticker sheet they made. 400 sticker sheets. 850 Megatrons. I can't believe such a quality company is losing the license! It is hard to believe! -Ralph |

I heard that (well, story I heard was that they sold all the remaining stock to the first person in the line on Sat?). Pretty disgusting of them if true, but I suppose they don't need to care about their convention attendees anymore! I can understand doing that at the end of the Con, but eeesh. Especially as it's not like they'd have had trouble shifting those figures!!

They really don't give a shit about customer service. In an age where Hasbro now plan yearly movies to exploit this property this kind of pish just doesn't fly anymore. Had the Club had a pile of toys left over on Sunday it would make sense for them to offload them to a dealer (their licence may prohibit them from selling them past a certain time so having overstock may not have been a business option) but at least give the customers AT THE EVENT THEY HAVE GIVEN YOU MONEY TO ATTEND a chance to GIVE YOU MORE MONEY first. Morons!

40 megatrons left. That means between 30-150 (likely) of the rest.
That would have all sold out by noon. Certainly Megs and Airazor would. (The two "cats" had a bit more, and seem less popular, so they may last until evening?)
And Ratchet and Reflector are early G1 guys.
There was no danger any of these wouldn't sell out.
And FP would know this guy is a dealer. Even without checking con badges or what not, first dude in line steps up and buys your entire stock of everything?
That's not a massive red flag?
FP had every right to say "no."
They were in league.
It's really shitty of BBTS, but they were doing what any store trying to acquire stock would.

I got my Airazor today.
Panicked and bought her on ebay for $95 before the scalper kerfuffle.
So far it seems that my panicking made the correct choice as she's now averaging $115-$150.
Had to write Megs and Terrorsaur off as soon as they were announced, but after that ordeal? No chance in hell I'll get either of them.
Last hope is that after things cool down, Under 3 will plummet in price.
This has all been one last FU from FP.

Airazor is gorgeous.
She is even better than I dreamed. Slipstream is so perfect for her, it's as though she were designed as airazor from the start, and not a seeker-ish remold of Windblade.
The head is spot on as a mechanical version of Airazor's animation model.
Slipstream's shoulder pads are perfect. Her chest when painted right (it is), is far more evocative of a falcon than I ever imagined.
