After I complained I was told my refund would be processed in 7 days. That was 8 days ago and nowt in the account. I am not happy.
I can still access the episodes I bought in the app though for some reason they and the app background are all represented by...a picture of the Borad from Doctor Who: Timelash! Could this be some kind of metaphor, I wonder...
