That is a classics either a Nemesis Prime or the takara equivalent, with a rare-ish 3P Powermaster Prime trailer armor set. I *think* Xovern (or some spelling like that) made it. But I was unaware they made it in those colors.

God Ginrai is better than the sum of his terrible parts. But only just barely.
Certainly not worth over a $100 total, which absolutely no version of how you can aquire a complete God Ginrai ends up less than $100.

Following the wait for my POTP from Kapow I'm now waiting for my Legends God Ginrai set from IDToys. Annoyingly I know Kapow have had it and sent it out!

It's that time of year when I'm slinging stuff in the Toy Fu pile. And Mr Jetty has reminded me of Titans Return PM Prime this morning. I have FIVE versions of Titans Return PM Prime. 1) Titans Return Powermaster Optimus Prime
2) Primitive Skateboarding Optimus Prime - a black version of 1 above with bonus accessories
3) Legends Super Ginrai - an improved version of 1 above which is more accurate to the original
4) Legends God Ginrai boxset - I think this may be identical to 3
5) Seige on Cybertron Magnus Prime - a slightly different coloured version of 3 Some may say that's a little excessive and could be slimmed down a bit and I am willing to entertain that argument at present. 3 looks the obvious one to go - it looks identical to 4 and isn't part of a larger boxset. 5 is part of a boxset and I'd be willing to pair that with my single Legends God Bomber while combining 4 with his chromed boxset companion. 3's box has been sitting downstairs for well over a year, since the last ToyFu purge cycle, waiting for me to make a decision. But do I need 1? It's inferior to the Ginrai version and I have the mould in black as 2? But it would be denting an otherwise complete TR collection. Decisions..... |

I need Legends Godbomber and Ginrai. With all the wee heads. The cheapest I've found is £130 on ebay, and that's beyond me at the moment. Maybe when TFN comes around I'll get lucky!

TR PMOP is less accurate, but colors and overall style, it feels way more Marvel to me, than any other version of the mold.

I'd definitely say keep the TR Prime, 'cos he's got just enough different parts to look like a slightly different take on the character - and I do like the CW Magnus-style "monster cab" in truck mode. At least that's my reasoning for keeping him.
But yeah, when I picked up the Siege on Cybertron box set last year, the first thing to go was Magnus Prime because I already had LG Prime. I guess it's a matter of taste as to which you prefer...

Powermaster Optimus Prime was one of the last Transformers I bought as a child.
I keep wondering if I need a version of this...
But I'd need that Third Party transforming cab, so cost suddenly spirals...
