The £89.99 for Unite Computron takes me past £2K spending on TFs this year.

Yeah. I blew my wad at RORC with those exclusives. Having bought Victorion and now I'll have to pay TFE the balance on Computron - no money for the dealers' room.
Gotta start putting away for Max too.

Grabbed CW Streetwise so that is 5 Transformers I have bought this year, bringing my spending in 2016 so far to...£46.05. -Ralph I spoke too soon yesterday. CW Pipes and Chop Shop bought for £7 each in Asdaland today. Now on 7 TF's purchased with a total of £60.05 for the year so far. -Ralph 8 (RID Legion Ratchet picked up) so at £63.05 for the year. Looking ahead, I hope to get the CW technobots/Scrounge set and some Titans Returns whenever they show up locally so probably looking at around £300-400 for the year I reckon. -Ralph

Red hazed on a RID Legion Blizzard Strike Optimus Prime at half-price (£3.50) and got the 8 new Titanmasters between TRU (4x £5.99) and ASDALAND (4x £5.97). So now at 17 purchases and £114.39 for the year. I do quite fancy TR Sentinel Prime, Hardhead, Scourge, Powermaster Prime and Blaster but they shall be budgeted for over the coming months methinks as they are higher ticket items! Combobat would be nice but we shall see. -Ralph

I have just realised that I've not added my recent purchases to this:-
CW "Blast Off" (Danger Close) CW Swindle CW "Vortex" (Dust-Off)
TR Sentinel Prime.
I think at this stage that is pretty much me for the larger toys from Titan's Return. Both the Blaster and Powermaster Prime are really nice-looking toys, but I can't justify the size of them in storage terms and I don't feel like I want to replace my Reissue God Ginrai with Titan Prime anyway. I might well be tempted by some of the Titanmasters in due course though - as mentioned elsewhere Crashbash/Clobber looks like a fun idea.

Clarification from the counting committee:
Shockwave & Cancer, plus any further Legends legend sized toy + head, are 2 toys?

Hmm, tough call. It counts as one purchase. Like the Computron boxset.. but that's is 5 toys. I cannot compute.

See Legends Scourge or Blurr, that's one toy because the toy can't be completed without the Headmaster
Whereas Cancer is a separate entity to Shockwave entirely.

It is.. but you can only get them as a package so it's one purchase, but two toys. I think I would count them as two toys.

I would count two different characters as two toys, packaged together or not. But I'd also agree that the Titanmaster and the Transtector body are only one character. So yes to Shockwave and Cancer, but no to, say, Skullsmasher and Grax. In my opinion.
But as I did previously (I think) I'll provide two different sets of stats. 'Cos it's interesting. To some. ;-)

Oh, I can add to this now!
So, adding to Ricochet and Thundercracker I now own
G2 Menasor RID Mirage Botcon Machine Wars Mirage (Which to be fair, I didn't actually buy) Micromaster F1 guy Masterpiece Ratchet
Which I think takes my total spend this year to somewhere around £150.

Every time I'm reminded of what I spend on this hobby, I can't help but think the money would be better used for something else. But then without our hobbies life is dull.

Indeed.
Transformers is just one of my hobbies/interests. To be honest I would probably spend more on it but falling income means I can't and then sometimes when I have spare pennies I am tempted to go crazy but am then stopped by lack of space!
It's for the best though that TR Fort Max is unlikely to come out here. I would have no money for food and significantly less living space! But I would still be tempted!
I don't have an opinion about how much money folk spend on their hobbies so long as they remember to take care of the essentials first: rent, bills, boring stuff like that!

You can add the wee Titans Return Apeface to my tally, but I don't see myself buying anymore TF's this year. Money is just too tight for everything and so they are the thing getting dropped.
For myself, they rarely are value for money anymore, and with live music, festivals and conventions to try and stretch to, I can live without most of the mass retail stuff.
