I have a busy few days but I will have a look in the cupbord to double check what I have later next week.

Thanks Ralph, looking forward to it, I love seeing original artwork from this era.

I have original art, but as it's all mounted and framed it won't scan and I've checked with James before than just pictures aren't enough.
Jolly good stuff to own though.
Staz had a pretty impressive amount of B&W era art for sale at the one Auto Assembly he did, if he hasn't sold all of it yet (and if James/anyone can contact him) it might be worth asking him about it.

I should be getting access to my selection this week again. I might have a UK piece or too but can't remember off hand.

I have provided James with a scan of the "Special Teams, you say?" page by Barry Kitson.

I'd still love to see photos though, if you don't mind sharing? And yeah, Staz still has some bits. I got the last cover he had left and a page from one of the B&W strips a while back.

I've got a cover brief for #166 Art-wise I've got pencils for the Big Broadcast prologue/epilogue + the script and some sketches Lee did prior to starting work on the pages. I have all pages for The Big Shutdown! (both parts) and their scripts. I also have the art for #231's cover, the cover brief and a rough sketch of it that we think was done by Euan Peters. If you want any of that scanning I can do. They'll be A4 bits, but glad to know someone can sort it out.

I had actually seen your blog and was going to contact you about the Big Shutdown stuff whenever the next volume was being worked on, didn't realise you were on here too! Definitely want the Big Broadcast stuff, I'll shoot you a PM with the details. No time to do pics today, but remind me and I'll do so the first chance I get! I shall remind you!

I have the page from the shockwave chapter of Aspects of Evil where Hotrod and Shockwave go tumbling down the mountainside, and I have the page from Out To Lunch where Dreadwind and Darkwing drunkenly lament their lot in life oblivious to the fight between Quickswitch and the Mecannibals behind them. (Sounds like Bogatan got the one other page Andrew Wildman was selling at the time that I wanted!)
I dunno if they're of use, given that a scan would probably look exactly like the printed story version anyway.

I have page 3 of Out to Lunch, Rich has page 5, so we nearly have the full story between us! Wish I'd picked up the title page to that one, but glad to at least own one page with drunk Dreadwind and Darkwing.
And yeah, not sure on the original b&w artwork yet, will have to wait until vol 7 is being worked on. Will probably only be worthwhile if there's some annotations or changes on the original artwork vs the printed page.

The annoying thing with the b&w pages is that once they're scanned they lose all the detail and contrast that makes the pages interesting in 'the flesh' and they look just like the original printing.

And apologies to Jaymz for being so tired and thus not on scintillating form when I ran into him in Orbital earlier today. It was still nice chatting and hearing of the stresses involved in tying in a signing to the crazy clown car that has been the release of MTMTE 50.

No worries, I'm battling the remnants of a cold anyway, so hardly on top form myself!

I think most of Ron Smith's issue is around. I have a page, and I know Furman has the splash page [first appearance of the Wreckers!]

It would be amazing if the whole thing episode existed to be seen in black and white! Now THAT would be an amazing extra feature for something.

Such a shame Ron was a one-hit wonder as far as Transformers went.
I definitely would have liked to have seen more from him.

Slightly off topic, but I can't see another thread on this so here's my one and only TF original art page, aquired from Mr Wildman in 2003/4 ish.

Lovely, thanks for sharing! Always a bit weird seeing Wildman work without Baskerville on inks.
