Hi guys,
This looked like the best section to ask this on, just wondering what, apart from ebay and the aforementioned vectis, are good places to find vintage stuff these days?
Also, are people like Maz and Paul Hitchens still about trading or they all done now?
Recently got the bug to rebuild my collection and just wondering who the good folks were to get from really.
Cheers
Chris

Hiya mate. I don't collect too much vintage G1, but when I have I've usually traded/purchased from folkes on this forum and other forums. Transformers @ the Moon is good. Also used Mangohero on Geocities, he's a good guy to trade/buy from. He's got a huge stock of G1, parts as well as figs.

Cheers Chris I'm pretty sure Maz sold most of his stock on a few years ago now. Paul Hitchens is still about although his site seems to be on hold. I'm not sure if he is still on ebay either. He will be at the next Auto Assembly in August, more than likely at Botcon and any Memorabilia's inbetween. Andy

No probs. I was sure it was around Transforce 2002 that he sold everything. I'm pretty sure it was a talking point at the TMUK table at one point.

Paul Hitchens has currently got a carded Animated Prowl on eBay, so he is still trading at least in part.
£50? Well if the market is there.

There's usually mountains of reasonably priced stuff at Auto Assembly, if you're thinking of going. I know I always leave with about four carrier bags more than I intended to buy.

Andy I seem to recall much the same as you on that one Andy. I think it was 2002 when he got out. I seem to recall that the deal was pretty much finalised during the course of the day. But I could be misremembering. Karl

Ah well, time to dig out some of the old contacts I got then, if they are both still trading it certainly makes things easier
