So here's a thing:
I pay my LCS £2.99 for a $4 book. The Marvel ones come with a code I redeem online and get a free copy through Comixology.
I paid Comixology £2.49 for a $4 book.
Now that VAT is charged on digital purchases I now pay £2.99 at Comixology for a $4 book.
I wonder if we'll see an effect on Marvels sales both digital (down) and paper (up) since there's little reason not to buy a paper copy if you can get the code and then flog the floppy on eBay

Picked them up. Ultimate Spider-Man aside this is Bendis' strongest Marvel super book (Daredevil was kind of it's own thing).

Already half way through the run and fear I may have to pick up the rest at full price. Are Marvel Comics exceedingly short these days? It's taking almost no time to read them. Not digital but online Amazon have Amazing Spiderman Spiderverse preorders for under £18. Bleeding Cool seem to think its a mistake, but it seems like good value. www.amazon.co.uk/dp/078519035X/MC2 was some of the last stuff I read before dropping out in the late 90s so mention of Spidergirl made me all nostalgic.

That Comixology All New X-Men sale could have done with the crossover parts included. I'd got the Guardians of the Galaxy bits of the Trial of Jean Grey from a previous GotG sale that did include the ANXM issues but I don't have the rest of Battle for the Atom.

Had to buy battle of the atom, just finished it, glad I did, ii suspect issue 18 would have confused me when I read it toorrow.
