Old Trade Thursday: www.comixology.co.uk/new-comics/2020-09-17?lang=02 Max titles and 3 Wolverine Classics. Just like last week.... .... I don't think they'll sell many of the Wolverine Classics as it's all in the first two Epic Collections. No Iron Man Epic 16 War Games (2374 days late)

Maybe if there wasn't a daily counter, that Iron Man book will be released.

If I were a primarily digital comics reader, I'd be annoyed that Iron Man Epic 16 still isn't out! That run is amazing, especially the first half with JRJR blazing on all guns (no offense to Paul Ryan, but it's a shame JRJR didn't stay on through the Dragon Seed saga). I'm much happier reading physical books though.

Is there a random fill-in issue or something in War Games, maybe there's a contractual issue with a creator involved.

Not necessarily about a fuss being kicked up, could just be someone hasn't signed a contract.

Yes, it could be as something simple as that.
I don't know how it works in print but with many audiobooks/plays prior to about ten years ago actors etc signed contracts for the work to be released only on physical media and not download/streaming. So publishers have to get those involved to give the go-ahead if they wish to release the work on digital platforms ie downloads and streaming as that is a separate contract. If one person says no or can't be reached (or their estate) then it can't be released in that format. That's why loads of audiobooks and plays just aren't available digitally or take years to to come out in that format.
