This implies that J'onn is a fan of Sailor Moon. That is amusing but not surprising because it's well known J'onn is a goober.

But Bruce Wayne recognizes J'onn by Rei's name being "a dead givaway."
This means Batman has more than just a passing knowledge of Sailor Moon. More than "I recognize that cartoon character, Tim used to watch it."
This means that Batman has watched or read Sailor Moon with enough attention that he knows their civilian names.

Conclusion: Batman is a Sailor Moon fan.
