I expect he records himself sleeping in order to use the playback to fake his sleeping presence on nights when he roams the rooftops of his city as a masked crime-fighting vigilante.

Don’t know if it’s the mountain air, but dreams have been unusually vivid this week.
Last night I dreamt I was caught up in an immersive theatre experience that recreated a mostly forgotten cult comedy movie from the 1970s, about a multi-layered con played on Americans looking for the Golden Fleece in Northern Europe. It all felt very real, and it took me hours to shake the idea that maybe a film like that actually exists...
Then I dreamt that I was in a bookshop in Paris and they put out a stack of a beautiful 500 page hardcover about how UK Transformers fiction (comics, ladybird, etc) influenced the electronica scene. It was a fine looking volume, and I also want that to exist...

Dreamt last night that I was the first person to realise people could run on water, and was trying to demonstrate to people that they didn't have to swim our use boats to get from one island to another, they could run across without getting more than their feet wet so long as they didn't slow down. Can't remember if anyone else managed it, all I remember was me running from one island to another trying to show other people how to do it.

Last night Mrs M was very insistent that I don't even get as far as searching for new jobs online, even though that was the only way to prevent Gul Dukat from reaching the application booth and spreading his evil further. The bolder he strode towards it the smaller the text on my screen became!

In last night's dream, Pinwig got in a rage because people kept making noise so he would shout : "RAPUNZEL!" and attack by swirling his hair in a pigtail like it was a bladed weapon. He would chop books in half when people spoke in libraries. I was his sidekick, dressed like Robin in The Dark Knight Returns.
It didn't make much sense.

What makes it worse is that I had this dream and woke up TWICE to go the loo and each time the dream resumed! I literally woke up each time with the sense of Pinwig shouting: "RAPUNZEL!".
I don't know where this came from!!!
