He's been in practically everything for decades. But he was a stand up comic more than an actor.
Here, he's known as the insult king.
But you know what's really weird is there was a kindness in his insults. Where like you instinctively know he doesn't mean it. An affection underlining it.
I don't know if that's understandable.
He was one of the last old time comics, like Jack Benny, left.
