That'll be another pack.
I was really excited when I saw an email titled 'new transformers multipack!' I thought yes! Pulse have got the Buzzworthy Goldbug pack!
Then I opened it and saw this bollocks.

But Pinwig, do you not want these molds that have been available before, in some cases repeatedly? But with slightly better colour schemes. And a higher combined price tag than they would have individually had at retail? How could you not want this?

TLK Hot Rod looks really nice. Closest I’ve got to being tempted by a movie toy in a long time.

That Hot Rod does indeed look very nice. I have little interest in him as a character from the film, but that just looks like a really nicely sculpted toy. There's something about the design that makes it actually look like a G1 figure that's been updated for the movie.
I do also like the Fallen, even with - or possibly because of - that ridiculous alt-mode. However, I'll not be paying Leader Class prices for him. Sixty quid? In this economy? I don't think so.

Hotrod appeals to me almost entirely because of how his original deluxe was nearly impossible to get, due to the fact that for some reason Hasbro allowed the entire damn character to be sold exclusively through Walmart, then Walmart having no desire to sell the deluxe version. Which ended up being pawned out to secondary outlets in a "blink and you'll miss it" timeframe.
When like, Studio Series came hot off of TLK, and Hasbro could have just as easily done a new run of the original deluxe in one of the first few waves. But instead, we go several years and almost a hundred releases before we finally get a chance to own a Hotrod.

So I was curious, and decided to make an updated list of transformers who have not yet had Studio releases. I'm ignoring tiny figurines, such as Scorponok and Wheelie. I'm also ignoring allsparks and unnamed vehicle modes.
Transformers- • Frenzy • Scorponok
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen- • Skids • Mudflap • Wheelie • Ravage • Reedman • Scalpel • Alice • "Buffalo MVP"* • Demolishor
*Unnamed character may or may not be Bonecrusher, or may be retconned into a new character ala Grindor, and multiple constructicons
Transformers: Dark of the Moon- • Wheeljack • Brains • Laserbeak (bird) • Hatchet • Devcon • Audi R8 • M1 Abrams #1 • M1 Abrams #2 • Garagebot • "Pickup Decepticon" • "Police Decepticon"
Transformers: Age of Extinction • Optimus Prime • "Classic" Bumblebee • Hound • Scorn • Slug • Strafe • Junkheap • "Two-Heads"
Transformers: The Last Knight- • Nemesis Prime • Hound • Skweeks • Daytrader • Canopy • Bulldog • "Lieutenant" • Trench • "HMS Alliance"* • Megatron • Nitro Zeus • Mohawk • Onslaught • Dreadbot • Berserker • Infernocus • Quintessa • Dragonstorm • Skullitron • "Talisman" Knight
*Yes, I know this breaks my statement about ignoring those only shown in vehicle mode, but Come on! Submarine!
Bumblebee- • Shockwave (tiny out of scale core doesn't count!)

That's funny as AoE nobodies made up the bulk of the first several waves.

Battletrap is amazing. Airazor is just lazy. The first Airazor is so much better.

Are we sure they're the same character? They are two different birds, after all. A falcon and a... a vulture, I want to say?

Count me in the "First Airazor is better" camp too.

Yep, likewise - the first Airazor that we saw is much more interesting than this new one. The new one is, indeed, also quite lazy - whilst it's not a mold reuse, it's certainly very much an engineering reuse of the Kingdom Airazor, and as such isn't interesting at all - and to be honest, it's what I thought they'd do, and why I was surprised when we saw the first one.
And Battletrap's a cool looking toy, too - I do like his design.
