What's the best ending to Army of Darkness

Army of Darkness is an amazing film, but Andy seems confused and is probably ill and not thinking straight, as he thinks the director's cut version is better. There's a POLL!

Also spoilers. Also if you haven't seen this film, watch it.

Basically, there is:

- A studio cut which is quite light and fun and has a fun ending
- A directors cut which is darker and removes all the jokes with a downbeat ending, which doesn't work as the film is so ridiculous

Anyway, I prefer the studio cut as it's a silly film that knows its a silly film. The directors cut seems to think it's actually a proper horror film. Which it isn't.

I like them both. I really have no preference.

Im assuming the TV series means they have settled on the Hail to the King version.

Or is there a comic that starts with a slept too long and ends with Hail to the King.

I'm not sure.

The comic sequels seemed to go with the studio ending and moved from there.
