Then he was taken into the loft of jaw They took him into the wrong loft! MARTIN'S ALIVE! But barely! Journey home did not go to plan. Caught the 11:07 train no problem, due to reach Cardiff by 00:25, which was fine until we emerged from the tunnel into Wales and then stopped. Apparently the signals in south Wales were on the blink since mid afternoon. Got into Newport 01:00 and they estimated arrival in Cardiff at 02:00. Chose the taxi option, sharing with four strangers (all on their own, not together) who all wanted to go to different parts of Cardiff. For the sake of harmony I said I was willing to be dropped off last, so got home after 02:00 but due to the sharing the taxi from Newport didn't cost me any more than the taxi I planned to get from Cardiff station would have been. Anyway, this is why I always try to get an earlier train than the one I actually need to be on, as I did yesterday morning travelling out! You never know! But a great day overall, with some important life messages from a shouty man. Martin |

Yes, it rather came out of nowhere.
My recording is a little longer (but off to the side) as I kept recording between the two clips, just watching it now I was happy (and relieved) at how happy he seemed about the Gordons alive request. As I said it I was suddenly worried that I had become one of those horrible pushy fans. It would be terrible to think he was secretly tired of people asking him to say it.
