I recently realised I'm missing Punisher #1. I have the rest, just not that one. Apparently I've never had it.

I know I still have the first five issues as I read them recently. I'm just not sure if the rest are still with me!
#1 was amazing at the time. Such a thick comic! So much violence!!! The badge was fab too. Long since lost!

Darn! I appear to have missed a couple of issues of the TNG fortnightly! I should have searched harder!

Yes, they had a raft of Punisher issues - sadly not Issue 1 though or I would have probably picked them up as well.

I lament the lack of anything like a comic mart in this area. I miss rifling through long boxes.

Nice! I lament the lack of anything like a comic mart in this area. I miss rifling through long boxes. Found the DW Collected Comics feat The Shapeshifter and Poly the Glot as well as the Zoids Annual (donated to Andu as I have one) at Glasgow Comic Con. Next week I hit Hamilton Comic Con! -Ralph

I really need to get hold of some of these titles. Post Death's Head I don't think I read any UK Marvel titles other than Transformers.

Be warned that they are mostly terrible though I have great affection for them. The gold standard though is the first volume of THE KNIGHTS OF PENGRADON.
BATTLE TIDE and BATTLE TIDE II are bonkers fun with mad Geoff Senior art. The DEATH'S HEAD II mini is good...the ongoing series is not.
WARHEADS, HELL'S ANGEL and MOTORMOUTH AND KILLPOWER are patchy but have their moments with memorable characters. DIGITEK has great art.

SHADOW RIDERS #1-3 and BATTLE TIDE 1 #3 found at mart yesterday. I think I still have the latter but at 50p could not say no. Did spot some KNIGHTS OF PENDRAGON but they were either knackered or overpriced.

Shadow Riders art was at least different! Ross Dearsley now producing stellar work as a concept designer by the looks of things

I have now red hazed on the Marvel Uk Frontier Comics trade after finding a cheap copy online. -Ralph Some pretty books! Children Of The Voyager I remember fondly. The House To Astonish podcast has ruined any chance of still enjoying Mortigan Goth Immortalis tho thanks to their Official Handbook... feature. I’ve not looked back over this thread, but personally think the DH2 mini still holds up, and of course anything Gary Erskine. I now appreciate what Edmund Permian was up to too! At the time it was rather “what the...??” Cyberspace 3000 was dross.

The DH2 mini is fine. The ongoing series...not so much. -Ralph It helped that whoever was colouring the mini seemed to be taking notes from Barry Windsor Smith. During this period I was a ten min walk from my LCS with plenty of hard earned Saturday Job money to squander. When Marvel UK was over I moved onto the hard drugs like Batman, Spawn & Savage Dragon. Oh the 90s.

Some ripe 90's Marvel UK found in 50p con bins today. Issues of Death's Head II ongoing, Dark Angel, Genetix, Black Axe and Super Soldiers.
Andu does not know this yet but he will be roped into a project...
