You know, given the general rubbishness of the TR box-bots... I'd be inclined to suggest you'd be better off not bothering Phil. They aren't very good toys, and you've experienced that first-hand. Better to save oneself the dissappointment all over again.

2 per case, in the case where Laserbeak & Ravage were 3 per case. The case itself was massively under distributed. I saw Rumble once, in Tescos, and the other two by themselves maybe a couple of times in TRU. This may have been a good thing as the case was retail poison and it's under distribution meant we got lots of the Gnaw case that followed.

I have the Adventure reissues of (United) Rumble and Frenzy, and I personally find these (the TR molds) a downgrade, but they're not awful. They're not worth the $10 price tag, but not awful.
The ravage and Laserbeak molds though are the ugliest molds we've gotten in a long time.

The intended RTS/actual United & Adventures Rumble and Frenzy are nice toys and a decent new alt mode for each.
The Titans Return versions do have the compatibility with that line's Sounwave though, through the tape/tablet mode. The tank and robot are ok, not as good as the United etc versions, but better than the rest of the TR tapes.

You don't need to open those toys... They look so much better in their neat presentation box... Besides, what are you going to do? Transform them a couple of times and put them on a shelf? Leave them sealed... Think of the retained value... The display prestige... They don't need to be opened...

So the Energon Igniters are like pull back and go toys but instead you stick a cube on them to make them go. Hmmm. If only the cubes turned into little men this could have been the way to do modern Powermasters!!!
