Deluxe Bumblebee is all around amazing. Fiddly transformation that's a tad tricky, and parts (namely feet) are hard to pull out without tools. But fun and super cute robot, and nifty car. Highly recommended.
Deluxe Megatron... Is not the worst. Could stand to have been a later wave to have been worked on a bit more. Interesting transformation that's hindered by bad shoulder design. Could stand to be bigger.
Shockwave is a terrible crab tank thing. I'm not fond of crab tanks at all? But he goes wrong in all the ways Cybertron Scrapmetal went right. His robot mode is not great.
I would suggest these two only if you care about Maccadam, or want to be a completionist.

Being a big fan of Shockwave's look in Cyberverse I was going to pick this one up if I could... and probably still will do anyway, I'm rubbish at heeding warnings. But even so, do you have any of his other Cyberverse figures? And if so, how does he compare?

I am completist on Cyberverse Shockwave so just need the Deluxe and Tiny Titans one* to complete the set.

I don't recall ever seeing Tiny Titans over here, no. :-(

I don't keep track of those so I don't know. I haven't noticed a box of tiny titans since TRU closed down. If Walmart carries them, it's not with the TFs proper.

But even so, do you have any of his other Cyberverse figures? And if so, how does he compare? I don't have much because only Target carries the full range and they're quite a distance: Spark Armor Cheetor and Skybyte Warrior Acid Storm, Slipstream, Windblade, and Hammerbyte (so far unopened). Deluxe Shockwave to me does not compair well. Bad alt mode, and his tube is hardish translucent plastic instead of fiber or rubber, so it really kills his ability to do poses with his canon arm.

Oh. Well that's definitely disappointing. Why on Earths didn't they go with a rubber hose? Surely a hard plastic one would be more difficult to make, too? Bizarre. Does it detach?

Post by Toph on Apr 28, 2020 13:57:16 GMT
It's a soft translucent hard plastic that does bend. But it's solid enough that it pulls the arms straight, if you bend the elbow at all. It also plays absolute havoc on the alt mode. No way to get it out of the way from his rear legs. It also keeps the cannon from being straight, because it's solidity pulls the cannon out of alignment.
It does detach, but then it's still there, in the way.

He looks good. But is he really worth the £190+ necessary to get all the Cyberverse Warrior action figures? I'm currently thinking not.
Which is just as well given they're not available here.

He's also shorter than everyone. Bumblebee is probably about a head taller.
